Formed from 2mm PETG plastic. Molds have been polished for maximum optical clarity. Can be tinted or dyed using synthetic fabric dye baths. A return edge has been molded in for strength. It can be left on or cut away before installation for additional flexibility.

We have size tested with our mystery makers death watch casting, a Redman studio great ape large Din, Chamanleon_fx A101 make a mando, and various clone trooper helmets. All of these fit perfectly with plenty of room to work.
We cast these with kid gloves to ensure the best overall quality. Some small blemishes may still be present.
As a kit, it is also a raw casting. Edge trimming will be required.
