When we saw the Super Commando in The Mandalorian Season 3 in action, we knew we had to do this suit.
As soon as helmet models started popping up, we tried almost every one. We went through SIX helmet models and "Big Fred's Customs" was the absolute best.
When we settled on the helmet, thankfully, Fred was already working on the armor (yay). We coordinated with him on some design elements, but the majority came from his artistry and keen eye. As soon as he released parts, we were printing them within 24 hours. They are amazing, (heck, HE is amazing!)

The "few" parts that are being vacuum formed are available here now! This is a veryheavily "printed" set of armor. Utilizing all 6 of our large format resin printers, it's 3 days of print time.
If that's not your thing, that's why we're here. We are offering the full suit, helmet, and jetpack. We are also offering parts individually if you ran into road blocks. For now, we are using his renders as placeholder photos while we take shots of all of our prints.
This kit is made from 2mm white vacuum formed ABS plastic.
Vacuum formed components:
Chest assembly: collar, chest, back, shoulders
Shins/ankles: formed as left and right for overlap closure
Thigh plates
Cod/groin
Abdomen/kidney, front and back with stepped side closure. Designed to be adjustable to fit almost any adult size.
***Theassembled shin and ankle pictured is for REFERENCE ONLY just to show HOW they should fit together. The assembled shin and ankle ARE NOT INLCUDED.***
** Shipping lead time is INVENTORY DEPENDENT. In many cases it will ship out within 2-3 weeks but can ship out with in a week depending on inventory levels.**
