This is the fully assembled, built, and painted option. Take it out of the box and it's ready to wear. You may need to add some padding for stability and comfort to finalize the fit. We take all the hard work out for you. Little extras are included: canvas belt, holster. We provide full lighting set up with this option. Chest, gauntlets, and jetpack are all lit via LED lights. We paint using automotive paints in a 4 step process, no spray paint! This falls in our finished lead times of 6 months plus. If you have a deadline, email us and we will see if we can meet it. We outsource the belt and holster and are subject to lead times of other vendors as well. This is armor, helmet, jetpack, and blaster. We do not include gray jumpsuit, boots, or gloves.
Please leave an order note for standard white trooper or crimson/red Gideon guard. There is no cost difference. The difference is crimson painted shins/ankles, gauntlets, and helmet earcaps.

This is it, the full suit option. 2mm white vacuum formed ABS plastic and printed ABS like resin components for maximum detail. Refer to our main category page for further description of how this project came together. Each suit is made to order. Our lead time of 8 to 12 weeks does apply. It may always come sooner. Our vacuum formed components greatly outweigh production speed of the printed components. We have 210 hours of print time for each set. There are a lot of parts. They have been broken down and produced for to ease painting, lighting, and wiring.
If we don't have it listed in the break down, it is probably still including if it's pictured. There are a lot of parts to this suit. We are considering an overall "easy" build. However, there are a lot of components we had to inventory. When each suit is printed, we are designating a private area of our shop to inventory and individually pack/label each suit to ensure all parts are delivered. The "exploded" views provided by Big Fred's will help with assembly, paint, and part placement.

Jetpack, hollow for wiring/lighting. Includes diffuser printed in red resin for top grill lighting
Helmet: front and back printed design. Glue and fill the seam. All details are printed separately for easy painting and includes a removeable collar.
Gauntlets: includes red resin diffusers for lighting. "Rocket" printed separate and keyed for easy assembly. "Flamethrower" unit separate and hollow.
