Our vacuum formed components greatly outweigh production speed of the printed components. (That means these get made much faster!)
We have 210hours of print time for each set. There's ALOT of parts that are 3D printed and they have been broken down to make it easier for painting, lighting, and wiring.
This is a true premium offering. This is a "kit". The formed components have to be trimmed/assembled. The printed components to a very light sanding and assembly. Of course, there's paint involved. If you're looking for a suit that's ready to wear, see our finished option.
Vacuum formed components:
Chest assembly: collar, chest, back, shoulders
Shins/ankles: formed as left and right for overlap closure
Thigh plates, includes separate red resin detail
Cod/groin
Abdomen/kidney, front and back with stepped side closure. Designed to be adjustable to fit almost any adult size.
Resin printed components:
Jetpack, hollow for wiring/lighting. Includes diffuser printed in red resin for top grill lighting
Helmet: front and back printed design. Glue and fill the seam. All details are printed separately for easy painting and includes a removeable collar.
Gauntlets: includes red resin diffusers for lighting. "Rocket" printed separate and keyed for easy assembly. "Flamethrower" unit separate and hollow.
Knees, left and right
Bicep pads, left and right
Hand guards
Chest components: "pauldron" overlays, "shoulder cannon" block, separate detail blocks, red resin detail for lighted area
Belt: hollow with 2" belt loops and functional closure for buckle. Buckle(two parts), 7 bricks, 2 "lipstick tubes", 1 static "pouch"
Jetpack mount system: resin printed from JJ industries (these are included with the kit). We recommend the JJ industries machined metal version as it will be more durable and less likely to break.
Blaster: yep! We're including the pistol with each suit. Printed hollow to 3mm for weight reduction. Printed as one piece. No assembly required.

We are considering an overall "easy" build. However, there are a lot of components we had to inventory.
When each suit is printed, we are designating a private area of our shop to inventory and individually pack/label each suit to ensure all parts are delivered.
