Before anyone asks, our armor is and has been 501st approved. That's the purpose of it. This is not saying it will be approved out of the box. There may be minor fit and tweaking to do before approval.
This listing is for a custom commission of our Death Trooper armor. The helmet is an add-on, it is NOT included. It will be made to order. We will require a measurement chart be filled out by you before we can begin work on your armor. We have built a lot of these suits and look forward to doing one for you. Our custom work can take a bit of time. We only ask some patience while we finish our jobs and clear our workbenches when your order comes up in our queue. Finished armor will take a minimum of 6 to 8 months from the time of order. ** Due to high order volume, orders will take longer to ship out**
The "Strapped, Ready Paint" option is for an assembled kit with attached straps. You will have to do the paint prep work, priming, and painting.
The base armor is made from 2mm vacuum formed ABS plastic with some urethane resin, rubber details, and resin 3D printed rectangle back detail. The helmet is roto-cast resin with LED lights installed.
Consists of the following:
Full body armor
Belt with pouches, boxes, holster, and leather pouch.
Leg suspension belt
Optional Add Ons:
Helmet includes LED lights.
Rangefinder is on add on, but not required.

Blaster can be an add-on
Boots, Doc Marten Talib style
Gloves
Helmet can be an add-on
Range Finder for helmet is also an add-on
Model is 6'2" tall, 205lbs. DT armor is almost a universal fit. The abdomen is not enclosed. The chest/back have no issues fitting a size 48-52 jacket. We can fit these to most sizes without any issues. It was designed "tall", but we can cut it down to fit as small as 5'5".
Helmet is 3D designed by NerdForgeDesigns. Mold and casting work done by us. Helmet fits up to 25" circumference.
Essentially wearable out of the box. Will require you to do final fitting, minor adjustments, and padding for comfort. You may need to add a little velcro on the thighs during adjustments and permanently connect the shoulder/shoulder bell/bicep as they are connected with velcro for adjustment.
We do update parts as needed throughout the year. Your suit may not look like the pictures, but updates mean better! We do our best to edit pictures when we get new ones.
